This site is hand-coded static HTML and CSS with a little vanilla JavaScript. No framework, no build step. Claude Code is the build tool: layout passes, copy edits, and the interactive artifacts above were all developed in conversation, reviewed line by line, and deployed as flat files to Netlify.
Hand-coding keeps the site honest. The same discipline the case studies describe, designed states, governed patterns, failure paths included, is applied here at small scale. Type is Instrument Sans, with Geist Mono for labels.
